A better life with Tantra Therapy

Do you believe that your experiences in life, your thoughts and feelings have an impact on your overall wellbeing and your health?

Have you experienced the ripple effects of a defeat in life? A negative state of being makes you insecure, clumsy, stressed and judgemental. A negative state lowers both your mental and your physical performance and it has an impact on everything you do.

Imagine being stuck in a downward spiral of defeat and insecurity that lasts for weeks, months or maybe years. Eventually this will become your worldview, your belief.

But have you ever had periods in life where you felt that you were in flow and where you seemed to do everything right? When we are in a positive state of being, you manage conflicts with ease and obstacles are seen as an interesting challenge rather than something that drains your energy!

Tantra Therapy dippens your connection to your inner truth

Tantra Therapy is an embodied experience that brings you to that positive state of mind.

Tantra Therapy is based on the ancient practices of tantra. The two syllabus tan and tra in the word tantra illustrates what tantra is about. Tan means “to expand” and tra means “to protect”. This means that you will use techniques to make you feel safe to expand your worldview, your energy and your consciousness. In Tantra Therapy we use spiritual coaching, breathwork, mindfulness and touch to give you experiences that cultivate deep connection with yourself and your inner truth.

Tantra Therapy lowers stress levels, decreases physical tensions and increases blood circulation that promotes healing and mental stillness.

Tantra emphasizes the union of polarities, viewing them as complementary forces: masculine and feminine energies, light and darkness, yin and yang. The philosophy recognizes that through embracing and balancing these polarities, you can achieve a profound state of wholeness and unity. My core belief as a tantra therapist is that you are perfect as you are. A perfect result of your experiences, your choices and your thoughts.

If you are not happy in life or if your body is unhealthy, this is a sign that you do not have thoughts that makes you choose your truth and this brings you experiences that you’d rather be without.

Tantra Therapy works on the root cause of your physical or emotional pain or illness, rather than the symptoms only. However, the process of Tantra Therapy allows the symptoms to decrease swiftly.

Core Principles:

  • Mindfulness and Presence: Central to Tantra Therapy is the cultivation of mindfulness and presence. By being fully present in the moment, individuals can connect more deeply with themselves, experiencing a heightened sense of awareness and intimacy.

  • Sacred Sexuality: Tantra Therapy acknowledges the sacredness of human sexuality, treating it as a gateway to spiritual awakening and personal growth. It encourages you to meet your sexuality with reverence, love, and respect.

  • Energy and Chakra Work: Tantra Therapy recognizes the existence of energy centers in the body known as chakras. Practitioners learn to channel and circulate energy through these chakras to create harmony and balance within themselves.

  • Communication and Vulnerability: Open and honest communication is a cornerstone of Tantra Therapy. You are encouraged to express your boundaries, desires, fears, and vulnerabilities in every situation in life.

  • Non-Attachment: Tantra teaches the art of non-attachment, encouraging you to let go of expectations and outcomes. By doing so, you can embrace the present moment without judgment or preconceived notions.
