Boost your immunity with cuddles...





How much do you think our thoughts affect us? Well, your thoughts and expectations build up your reality and have a direct impact on your mood, your emotions and your physical and mental health. We live in a time with extreme fear - and fearful thoughts have proven to have a very negative effect on all parts of life. 

Tantra is a practice that invites you to look at life from a new perspective and develop a new way to think and perceive life.   

Are you up for a small thought experiment on the topic of Corona and immunity? Maybe your worldview will expand a little.

Let's start with some facts. Sometimes it's very helpful to look at actual facts when we are afraid. 

Our immune system is a super intelligent mechanism that is constantly active throughout the day. Every day your immune system produces several grams of antibodies that protects you from falling ill and the immune system consumes large amounts of energy. The immune system functions on three levels and the first level is called the passive immune system. 

The passive immunity protects all babies and small children from falling ill cause they receive antibodies from their mothers placenta and breast milk. A small child has not been exposed to enough viruses and bacteria to have a fully developed immune system of their own. 

When you grow up you are exposed to many viruses and bacterias and you build your immune system rapidly. A small child usually has 10 - 15 colds per year and every time a child has a cold, their immune system builds up. The active immune system is powered up by the contact of viruses and bacteria in your everyday life. When you breathe, eat and touch things around you you are naturally exposed to millions of them.

Most of the time this contact does not lead to any disease, your immune system neutralizes them right away and it stores information about the bacteria and viruses that it has been exposed to in the so called “immunologic memory”. The immunologic memory allows your immune system to react fast and efficient when it is exposed to the same virus or bacteria again. Its common to have about 5 - 10 cold´s per year for an adult. And every time you have a cold, your immune system strengthens. 

Vaccines work on the level of the active immune system. By injecting small doses of virus or bacteria into the body, the immune system creates antibodies and memory cells to fight the same kind of virus and bacteria whenever it is exposed to it. 

Another part of our immune system is called community immunity, and that means that we are protected by the immunity by the people around you. If you have many friends with antibodies against certain viruses and bacteria, the risk of you falling ill is decreasing. A person can only transmit a virus or bacteria by being infected, and if most of the people around you have a strong immunity, you are protected by them. 

So now to the experiment. 

Do you want to spread a virus that potentially could kill old and sick people? No? Yes that's what I assumed. 

Then the best thing you can do, is to be happy for every time you have a cold. Every cold you have strengthens your immune system and makes you more safe to be around. I would even take this experiment so far out as inviting you to live on as usual and not avoid breathing in public, touching surfaces or seeing people. And if you are sick, of course stay at home and take care of yourself. Relax and let the immune system do its job. 

Another thing you can do is to strengthen your immune system so it works more efficiently is to relax and let go of stress. Stress is very harmful for the immune system. In the times of cold´s and corona, make sure you get enough outdoor exercise, as much sun as you can and have a healthy vegetarian diet. Practice meditation every day and lower your stress levels. 

The absolute best way to lower the stress levels is to have a lot of touch, cuddles and orgasms. Make sure to cuddle safety, within your boundaries and with healthy people.

Five best ways to boost your immune system:

  • Detox - eat pure and skip sugar, alcohol, colored food, red meat and processed food.

  • Exercise outdoors, make sure to rise your pulse at least ten minutes daily.

  • Yoga and meditation relaxes your body on a deep level, this eases the pressure on the immune system. Your immune system can’t work under stress. Make sure you get at least 8 hours sleep per day.

  • Do kambo medicine - kambo is a rainforest frog whose secretions are highly poisonous. By inoculating the poison into the superficial layer of the skin, you get the right dose of poison that activates the immune system to its max for 15 minutes in a short but intense fever with a strong nausea. This is scientifically proven to be very strengthening for the immune system, without any side effects. The kabo should not be done by people with weak heart or high eye pressure.

  • Making love and cuddling strengthens the cells and the immune system, do it daily. If you don't have a partner, cuddle a pet or make love to yourself.
