TRUST

The feeling of trust allows you to be present in the moment, free from worry and suspicion.
Scientific research has shown that the feeling of trust makes you more creative, open and productive. 


The paradox of trust is that you can never experience true trust by changing the world around you. Many people try to create a state of trust by obtaining material wealth, a well-ordered calendar, or promises from those around them of total loyalty and honesty. These behaviors come from a place of lack of trust and perhaps even fear. When we base our thoughts, choices and actions on fear, it is the same as feeding the fear and making it true.

You can only experience true trust when you dare to embrace the unknown.

The opposite of trust is control. You may try to compensate for your lack of trust by arranging life around you. 
But the paradox of trust is that you can never experience true trust by changing the world around you. Sometimes you can get stuck in old patterns that mean you can't really feel trust in life. The reasons can be many, but often it is about the fact that you did not receive the support   from those around you that you needed in difficult situations. You may be left with strong reference points to failures that prevent you from reaching your goals and dreams
