From July 5th to 11th we open our doors to

the Art of Love for women 40+.

This is not an event to empower women, I know you ARE strong and maybe it is your strength that is holding you back from truly RECEIVING the good things that life has to offer. This is not an ordinary women's retreat, it is an experience for daring women.

For those of you who want to challenge your preconceived notions about femininity and female community.

Gathering in a circle of women has throughout history been incredibly important to society's core values, our sense of security and belonging. The circle of women has always been a place for the exchange of knowledge and embodied wisdom.

Today we live in a culture where masculine traits are prized and women's intuitive power is diminished through generalization, medication, and a focus on constant growth. Feminine values such as community and connection with our true nature are suppressed by our individualistic and achievement-oriented lifestyle.

The Art of Love is a place where we return to our bodies as a source of knowledge and we share our wisdom with other women in a circle. The Art of Love is a place where you learn to enjoy the cyclical nature of being a woman. We talk about hormones, exercise, intuition, feminine sexuality, menopause and what it's like on the other side: being a crowned woman.

Our journey together will inspire you to truly land in your body and to affirm your true value as a woman. You will learn to receive without having to perform and you will experience how your emotions are not only welcome, but a necessity for intuition, flow and true intimacy.

An authentic meeting for women

We meet at the beginning of July, the most wonderful time of the year at Skeppsudden's beautiful bay. Here, the fires are lit under the night sky and it is like the setting for magical encounters with nature. The garden is full of greenery and mayflies. We have gathered to learn to love life even more, and what better place for this than Skeppsudden?

This week is your opportunity to heal your relationship with the feminine. Maybe you have difficulty trusting women after years of betrayal and competition. Or maybe you long for deep and close relationships with women. For those of you who want to let go of your masculine determination and the attitude of "doing it all yourself", this week is absolutely perfect. Here you can really relax, land and open yourself up to receiving from life.

When you buy a ticket, you get access to a wide variety of carefully curated experiences: yoga, dance and meditation, sound baths and workshops on hormones, menopause and feminine sexuality. You will learn to give and receive yoni healing, to open up tensions in the pelvic floor and activate the nerves for more pleasure. Playfulness & challenges

Our life experiences shape core beliefs for how we relate to ourselves, to life, and to each other. However, those core beliefs often creates limitations that are difficult to break free from.

One of these limitations of the feminine is that we believe we have to give or do good to be loved.

Even the masculine has these limiting core beliefs and many men believe that they have to perform sexually to deserve love from us women.

This leads to a dysfunctional dance between the masculine and the feminine, something that creates frustration in many relationships.

This week we will invite a group of men for the last three days. It will be a playful journey of discovery where we break conventions, challenge taboos and experience the masculine presence in its purest form.

Men will be able to adore the feminine and give us all their affection, without us women having to give anything back. These exercises with the polarity between the masculine and the feminine will redraw the map of what relationships are possible for us women and also for men.

What men will experience is how feminine wisdom speaks to them. They will gain a new point of reference in how to truly love a woman, something that will leave an imprint on their relationships with women in general, in their relationships with their daughters and mothers - and in their relationships with Mother Earth.
